We use the most reliable shipping accessible. That is currently Australia Post. We offer general post for free to our global Australian members. Express Post is offered at a charge so that you can have your items sooner and includes a handling fee. International Post is charged at flat rates.

Tracking numbers are issued once shipping is paid for by us on packaging the order. Australia Post only updates tracking at their own designated points in their process.
